Site update

You may notice that the site looks a little different. I have changed the theme a little bit. I did a couple of things. First I changed the site over to the 24 column 960 Grid System. This makes it much easier to layout page templates and such. A side effect of this change is that the site is wider by about 80 pixels. The second change was to the styling of the various HTML elements. This was accomplished by just changing the CSS for the various elements. A third element that was changed is the menus. I added custom menu support to the theme making it much easier for us to set the top navigation menu and Resources menu to display only what we want. The last change is not something that you can really notice. I updated all the custom sidebars to reference things by name or slug rather than ID. This means that if we were to export the site and import it to another WordPress installation then it would continue to work with this theme even though the IDs of all the posts, pages, categories, etc may have changed. I still need to work on some of the spacing as I think things feel a little tight on the left side and between the content and sidebar on interior pages. Enjoy the changes and if you have suggestions for improvements feel free to comment.
