iMovie workshop

iMovie is a Mac based video editing software, aimed at entry-level and for the amateur consumer. It provides all the basic features in a clean, easy interface. The latest version of iMovie is 10.1.14. This version of iMovie has more options to share a movie, more movie and trailer theme options from iMovie for iOS, easier to make picture-in-pictures, cutaways, side-by-sides etc., more realistic green-screen effects and easier refinements.

What’s New in 10.1.14*

  • Sharing to iMovie Theater is no longer supported; save your movies and trailers to iCloud Photos to watch them on other devices including Apple TV
  • For users with videos in iMovie Theater, the Theater window is now accessible by choosing Window > Go to Theater
  • Improves quality of conversion for incompatible media files with very low resolution
  • Improves compatibility when importing iMovie for iOS projects
