Office 365 features

College users have access to Office 365. Log in with your College credentials at http://office365.wooster.edu

Office 2019 is now available for all students, faculty, and staff. Our licensing allows five installs per user across any combination of macOS, Windows, iOS, or Android. Read What’s New in Office 2019

Office 365 basics – video training

What’s new in Office 365

In addition to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive, consider using these Office 365 features:

Groups

Collaborate with a set of people and share resources such as a shared Outlook inbox, a shared calendar, and a document library for collaborating on files.

Teams

A digital hub that brings conversations, content, and apps together in one place. Teams for Classes that includes assignments with rubrics and grades and the ability for students to submit work and instructors to comment/grade and return work.

Class Notebook

Class Notebook and Staff Notebook can help organize lesson plans and course content in your own digital notebook or create a workspace where you can give each student personalized feedback. It should be noted that the creation of any new Microsoft Office Teams also comes with a Class Notebook.

Stream

The College’s video streaming service through Office 365. Create, discover, and share videos securely and leverage search and accessibility tools.

Integration with Moodle
